I know what you mean about respecting the people you work for. I have a similar situation here. My boss has resolved all the problems that were going on here, but the manner in which it came about left a lot to be desired and although he has rectified my problem, I just don't look at him in the same light. I have lost my respect for him because of the way he initially reacted to the situation and to me.
