My wife loves me...she also likes games.

Mansions of Madness was the big one. I had actually changed my mind on the day she bought it and she was going too tar and feather me. I had resolved if I got it to return it for Game of Thrones or Battlestar Galactica. I didn't. Looking forward to playing this - after I paint the miniatures (some of which aren't so mini).

Carcosonne was actually obtained by my daughter from Santa. We will all be playing it lots. What a great game and it deserves the high praise. I've been winning all the games but that's only because the others haven't figured out farming yet. That will come.

Dominion was actually obtained via a return. I received a copy of Game of Thrones, which I really wanted, but it was beaten up and the box looked terrible. I'm stunned the store sold it in the condition it was in. I couldn't bear having such a decrepit box (I know, vanity) so I returned it. They (obviously) didn't have any other copies nor did they have Battlestar Galactica. I had tried Dominion twice with family on this trip for the first time and decided I wanted it after hemming and hawing for quite some time. So with the return I purchased it.

Finally, I also got the Cthulhu Munchkin expansion so that'll add to the fun. We're a big Munchkin family.

Did you guys get any loot and is that why mine is the first loot post post-Christmas, because you are all too busy playing?
