CindyC72,Please don't take everything I write literally. I have a tongue in cheek style and I'm also attempting to be entertaining although many would question the results in that regard. And after 30 years in high tech corporate life, I tend to have a cynical attitude towards these things. You are correct. In the scheme of things AT&T is a market leader. They are also a company that has historically struggled with learning how to compete and grasping the importance of being market-driven. Many in their management ranks still don't get it. My only point was if you were willing to pay someone $64 million, it might be advantageous to look toward a more dynamic and successful industry segment to choose your candidates.
