My perception from everything that I have read over many years in my country (Australia) is that whilst corporate life is unpleasant and never more so in the marketing discipline where I reside where ego's out-argue talent every time, that salaries and conditions offered in large corporations tend to dwarf those offered in smaller companies.

That is, if you really want to RE and want a larger income so that LBYM becomes easier to do, it would be better for people to join the larger companies but with an exit timetable.

Do I speak with forked tongue?
