Class action lawsuits are one of the biggest extortion rackets in the world.

I've been a victim in, heck, I don't know how many. Maybe eight or ten, counting the ones that have involved my wife or me.

I think our total compensation for injuries we weren't aware of have amounted to maybe fifty or a hundred bucks total. The attorneys have been paid tens of millions of dollars. Simply a huge waste of resources.

When you see a real crime, like BP's spill in the Gulf or the LIBOR-fixing scheme, and the punishment is on a similar scale...

what a legal system is right... sad
