I am currently 57 years old and collecting a pension from the Civil Service Retirement System. I would like to work from now until age 65 and then collect Social Security after that. I don't understand the Windfall Elimination Program that is posted on the SS website. Will I be able to collect both CSRS and SS at the time I am 65? I will have enough SS quarters to be qualified. Thanks for any info.
:) Erwin
