Hi,

I'm a long time DirectTV/Tivo customer and have been really happy with them, but am probably going to be switching to Comcast (because I need high speed internet for work).

I know Comcast has a DVR. What do most people think, is it good?

Related: I've heard that Comcast is moving over to use Tivo. Is that true? When is it going to be rolled out?

Also, I have 2 tuners in my DirectTV/Tivo box (record 2 things at the same time), is this even possible on Cable? What about dual tuner recording HD? Lastly, what are the costs looking like? With my DirectTV/Tivo box it was free with my initial set up (with a 1 year contract).

I'm planning on getting the cheapest Digital Comast package with the HD option. In addition to my questions above, does anyone know of any discount codes or deals with Comcast (they offer a pretty standard 3 month teaser right on their web site).

Thanks for any advice or pointers to good sites to look for more info.
-Bob
