i am looking into this company. one thing that sort of bugs me is that it appears to me that insiders are doing a lot of 'churning' of shares, buying/selling/buying/selling, more than i think i've seen in other new small companies (not that i've looked at lots). maybe i just don't understand what is meant by "automatic sale" which is what a lot of it seems to be, and that it is "harmless profiteering". is anyone else concerned about this, or perhaps most are of the opinion that this is not an excessive amount of churning. please weigh in.
