quick question for you RE brokers or anyone else who happens to know;When a house is listed by a LA, is is predetermined what the commisions will be: ex. 3% for LA and 3% for Buyers' Agent. However, if the buyer isn't using an agent, where does the 3% designated for buyer's broker commisions go? to the LA? back to the seller? to the buyer?Dozer
