This is taken from the Tax FAQ section, under "Commuting Expenses":<< 2. If a taxpayer's home office qualifies for a deduction, then transportation expenses are deductible regardless of distance or whether the other work location is regular or temporary. >>Should it read "transportation expenses are *NOT* deductible regardless"? Or, did the IRS wake up and help the taxpayer and actually *support* the court decision?
