Hello all -

I'm researching in companies who make carbon fiber. Two companies I have identified so far:

Zoltek (ZOLT)

Hexcel (HXL)

Neither makes me feel warm - their histories are somewhat turbulent.

Zoltek basically makes low strength but lightweight carbon fiber. Think of automobile body panels for example. Hexcel makes high strength carbon fiber, think airplane bodies or sailboat masts.

Does anyone here have any comments on the two companies listed above and most importantly, do you know of any other companies involved in the carbon fiber industry?
