forgot to note that those 5 Walton County sales compare to 12 during the same period last year (4/1/05 to 6/10/05) doing the same records search

So if you use that year-over-year comparison ratio of 5 vs. 12 (42%) as a proxy to guesstimate Q2 earnings (which I know is far from scientific, but possibly directional), that would mean 21cents for Q2 of '06 vs. 50cents for Q2 of '05 (and vs. the 27 to 28cents estimates for Q2 of '06)

but I'm going to go out on a limb and forecast that 21cents would actually be on the high end... wouldn't be surprised to see something more around 15cents (vs. last year's 50cents)
