Anyone have any thoughts or experiences on both (or either) of these? My doctor mentioned Adderall as the next possibility if we decide to change from Concerta.

I've been so-so on the Concerta. We went as high as 54 mgs., but I was having elevated blood pressure, heart rate, etc. We went back down to 36 mgs. and I'm having much fewer side effects. I think I'm okay on this, but the doc wants to pump up the treatment nonetheless.

As mentioned in the preceding thread, costs are also issue as the meds are coming out of pocket.
