Congrats Kahuna!

I graduated from Tulane University yesterday May 19, 2007. I was the culmination of 20 difficult months in New Orleans. Commencement was a very fulfilling experience.

There were times when it would have been easier to drop out and focus entirely on rebuilding or getting a job; however I am so happy that I stayed the course.

Neither does Bill Gates - he has done OK though!

My most recent graduation was M.S. Finance & Economics, University of Wisconsin, Madison, 1976. I took this, http://www.uwasap.org, outstanding course while there. The founder of the course was my graduate program adviser. I still talk to him on the telephone every month or so where he is the CEO of the Investment Management Firm he founded: http://www.norcap.com in the mid-1980s I believe.
