Congratulations on keeping your weight down, but sorry about the Zumba. I'm struggling, totally my own fault, though, Just can't seem to regulate myself on the weekends, do pretty darn well during the week because I'm so busy and have little time to snack. Did go to a boot camp this week for 1 class (it's offered once weekly at work)and did ok considering all the others were half my age: )
I think I'm going to be much better at increasing my calorie expenditure and allowing myself a few treats. Have already started walking a mile in the mornings and afternoons during my breaks. I do yoga once a week, weights twice a week, aerobic once or twice a week and teach a core class on Fridays. Just so little time!
