I made a serious -- and very stupid -- error when I calculated my withholding requirements for Tax Year 2001. The immediate consequences are I'm going to have to write a big check to the the IRS. The good news is TurboTax reports that the penalty for this underwithholding is only $25. Are there other consequences to this underwithholding I should know about?
