Here's one of the world's simplest recipes. Get a can of sweetened condensed milk. Use Eagle Brand or any that still comes in a can you can open on either end. (you'll see why) My supermarket carries Carnation.

Place the unopened can in barely boiling water and simmer for 3 hours. (You may as well make several since they take so long; you will want another one!) Remove from water and cool slightly. Cut both ends off can and use one cover to push contents out through the other end into a bowl. Eat warm or cold.

Serve it with whipped cream and berries if you wish. Call it de lait condensé sucré, and nobody will ever guess ...

Even simpler and much much faster idea is to use just some honey on the unlubricated condom!
