I remember reading about a scale for measuring stress from life changes - and my score is creeping up there (another friend died, anniversaries of deaths are coming up, sister's first grandchild born, our mother died, my daughter is getting married, I'm going to leave my job).So, any ideas for how to cope with events I can't do anything about...I'll check back after going out for some nice quiet weeding (no emotional demand and there will be something accomplished).YeilB
