Hi,
Thanks to everyone in advance who answers to my question.

Have anyone used Buy&Hold.com as their broker in buying & selling securities? If you have, are their 1099s correct? On mine, it shows the amount based on the actual value of the shares. It doesn't refer to how much I gave them as transaction fees. Shouldn't that information be included also (and communicated to IRS)? I thought the cost basis of the shares should include the actual cost of the shares as well as the transaction fees that I pay. Buy&Hold says these shouldn't be included. Am I wrong in my assumptions? If not, what are my options in reporting this to IRS?
