Broke down...stop triggered. I think it went thru lower that the 14.49 I set! It doesn't seem as tho the stops get thru very fast on IB. But maybe that's just cause this one was moving so fast.

Does anyone know how I can find out the excecution price before the end of the day?

Jean there should be somewhere that shows "daily activity". Other than that, I don't know. Mine went through at 13.48, so maybe yours did too.

Hi Jean.
In an IB account just click on the E in the square in the upper left hand corner. It will show all your executions for today including the prices.

9. Trade with the TICK not against it. Don't be a hero. Go with the money flow.

11. Sell the second high, buy the second low. After sharp pullbacks, the first test of any high or low always runs into resistance. Look for the break on the third or fourth try.

From Alan's page
http://www.hardrightedge.com/wheel/tcrules1.htm

If I'd followed these rules I'd still be waiting. If it's gone down $3. maybe it's a good idea to wait for it to come back more that .10, to make sure it's a turn around.

Just my opinion but I wouldn't touch it just yet. It started to go positive this morning but a seller or two showed up late in the morning. I think there might be some heavy resistance on this before it's allowed to move back above 14. Just my opinion though.

Ain't it the truth.

I thought it would pick up after lunch...then, too late, remembered it was friday! I have a rule about buying on friday afternoon....don't do it!

Now if I can just remember what day it is.

Jh, you still watching cpst

I bet anyone that listened to this and the other Analysts you mention are not happy campers!

1:13pm 07/11/01 BofA defends Capstone Turbine (CPST) By Michael Baron
Shares of Capstone Turbine (CPST) are surging $1.19, or 7 percent, to $18.20, following positive comments from Banc of America, which has a "buy" rating on the stock. The firm said there is no fundamental reason for the recent pullback in the shares, which had fallen in the past six sessions. B of A said "second quarter trends appear to be on track" and that the company is trading "at a significant discount to its peers despite being the only company shipping commercial products today."

I'm sure this didn't help the whole energy sector
