Craigslist - Yes, I'm on that too. There are lots of Olympia ads under the Seattle section. I just noticed that my ad had expired, and I've resubmitted it.

I learned today that the beta of Google's free classified service has started up: http://base.google.com/. I've posted an ad there.

Surprisingly, we have gotten the most response from rent.com. We're the only Olympia house on there - the other ads are all apartments. I suppose people looking for a three bedroom condo might be considering our four bedroom house. On the other hand, they haven't tended to be very strong financially, which might be due to the source or the area.
