Hey! I'm busy avoiding my To Do List. ;)Brown 2 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of margarine in a skillet. Add tuna (big can is best) and 1 small container of half and half or 2 cups of milk. Cook over low heat until thickened. Season with a little salt and a lot of black pepper and serve over toast.(a can of mushroom pieces is a good option)
