Currently holding BQI unfortunatly, I started buying at $3 wish I could have started at today's prices. I think they are leaders on the technology of recovering this expensive oil. Check out their website for lots of info. At this time they are looking to build a pipeline to gather and transport but when oil prices fell, they went into a holding pattern to coserve cash. When solid plans develop and they actually start pumping then I see a top return. My breakeven is just over $2 so I am still holding my breath. Keep in mind progress happens when the ground is frozen and vehicles can travel without environmental destruction.
