Presumably this is their Cymel amino resins business used as crosslinkers for baked paints.

Funds will be used to buy back shares and reinvested in higher margin specialty businesses.

Cytec is the world's second largest producer of graphite composites used especially in aircraft. They also have recently invested in processing chemicals for the mining industry, especially in copper processing. Presumably these are floatation chemicals used to upgrade low quality ores.

The investment community yawned.
