Most folk I know who've successfully reduced the salt they voluntarily put on food, reckon they're more aware of the "stealth" stuff.Taste bud re-hab can manifestly work.I'm going to visit the daughter next week and I'm going to check out one of her local supermarkets that uses the NuVal system of food labeling. We don't have any participating stores by me and I asked her to check it out but she hasn't bothered yet.
