Hi Everyone,

This is worth a read, in my opinion:

http://www.prudentbear.com/Testimony/coverpage.htm

It is the testimony of David Tice of the Prudent Bear fund, before the House Subcommittee which is currently studying analyst recommendation practices.

In his testimony, Mr Tice has an admirable collation of examples of flawed or conflicted analyses, an explanation of the importance of well done and honest analysis to proper allocation of resources, and some examples of good analysis.

Who knows, you might even find a stockpicking idea in that material.
