Goodmorning All,
Been a busy long weekend for me. My weight has been all over the place, but as of this morning I am down by 10lbs. I had been at one point down by as much as 11lbs. I realize this is water levels changing. It will be interesting to see how it "stabilizes" over the next few days. My husband's weight loss has been doing the same. Lots of fluctuations this weekend. I think it is because he hasn't had as much water this weekend. We are both doing fine though and expect to have the weight loss wagon going again soon.
I think one of the things I like most about this way of eating is that even when you get a little side tracked, it is easy to get right back on track. We were both a little guilty of overeating this weekend. We kept with "legal" foods, we just ate way too many. So, we know now to slow down this week. I really think it has more to do with our water drinking this weekend.
Anyhow, as usual any and all tips and suggestions are welcome. I hope everyone is doing well.
