Dear dweiss3 - I can see your frustration... Inquire if the school district will allow for other vendors (in addition to Franklin); many do! If you can, you might, as TMFPixy suggests, invest directly with Vanguard. I seldom see an "exclusive" arrangement for 403b plans unless it is an ERISA plan. Most "voluntary" plans allow several (or even many) vendors to be funded through the salary deduction method. Good luck & happy holiday! PP
