It's my understanding that AAI has a large debt due in about a year. Can anyone shed some light on AAI's plans to manage that debt?

Below is an except from Rueters:

"WASHINGTON, July 14 (Reuters) - AirTran Holdings Inc. <AAI.A>, the airline formerly known as ValuJet, on Friday filed with regulators to sell from time to time up to $300 million in debt securities, and common and preferred stock.

It plans to use the net proceeds from the shelf offering for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment, working capital and capital expenditures, according to a filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission."

Looking at their 10-K, that $300m should be sufficient to cover debt payments in 2000 and 2001.
