decath (who does a lot of push-ups, pullups and situps twice per week. Pull-ups are a with my 220 lb frame. When I'm fresh, I can generally do 8-13 legal pullups. So I encorporate variations like jumping pullups or use elastic bands after my arms are fried.)


I'm not far behind, 195 lb. Totally fresh I can crank out 15. Most days its 10.

My favorite all in one exercise, the burpee pullup. Its the old squat thrust pushup immediately going into a pullup. I can crank out about 30 of those. Doing the burpee motion give enough rest time for me that its like doing single pullups with rest.
