I have a four year old cat whom I love dearly but because of circumstances, must either give her away or de-claw her. I'm afraid if I give her away, no one will love her as I do-- but other hand feel that de-clawing an older cat is even more cruel than getting the operation done when the cat is much younger and can grow accustomed to living without "hands". I know that she'd no longer be permitted outside if de-clawed (which she likes to do). Any suggestions? Give her away to a loving home or take her hands away and know she'll be loved?
