About that time of Year...

I usually rely on TurboTax and/or Tax Pubs to point me to answers, but decided to look for guidance from Board followers:

I know fees for preparation of tax returns or Tax software are an allowable deductions on Schedule A,line 22, and the 2% rule.

Is it acceptable to claim fees for preparation of Estate Planning documents, such as Revocable Living Trusts under this same 2% rule?
Thanks for any wisdom.
