I am enrolled in a FSA through work, which I use to help cover the cost of daycare. We used to have an FSA at my husband's job, but he changed jobs in Feb '01 and we switched to my FSA, but the programs overlapped some and I am concerned that we may have had more than the maximum pass through the FSA programs. His W-2 lists an amount in Box 10, which I have recorded in Turbo Tax. My W-2 form does not have Box 10 filled out - should it be? Will I need to request a new W-2 form?

Thanks!
