Hello...I have gone back a couple of months, but have not been able to find any info...Please help..

1) If I want to depreciate using "section 179 expense deduction", do I need to fill out Form 4562 parts I and V?

2) If yes, I need help in the following, Part V?

The property is a fax/printer, that was placed in service on 08/21/00. It is used 90% for business, and the cost was $356.00..

What is my (e) basis for depreciation?

What is my (f) recovery period?

What is my (g) method/convention?

What is my (h) depreciation deduction?

What is my (i) elected section 179 cost?

Any help very much appreciated?

This is the only section of my taxes I can not figure out...

Thanks in advance...
