DH has a car that he has had before we were married. Its paid for. We don't use it. He had the engine redone a while back. He would like to slowly restore it. If he sold that car we could probably get around $20,000. Won't sell the car. He said he has had it before we were married and there is no way he is selling it.

Any opinions on this.

You can't make him sell the car.

But when the bank starts foreclosing on the house he may regret his decision.
