Did the authors of that study say what GWPF think they said? http://revkin.tumblr.com/post/30188613307/does-new-u-s-humid... Hmmmm, I guess not. C3Headlines just did a comparison from 1998 AND drew some sort of arbitrary line for what THAT is worth. Add $5 and I can get myself a good double expresso. There is the effect of the INCREASING CO2 (and it is continually increasing, not simply increased) on the transient rainfall/humidity which was discussed here several months ago... http://dge.stanford.edu/labs/caldeiralab/Caldeira_research/C...And finally as the air temperature INCREASES humidity is supposed to rise, but as you are so FOND of pointing out AIR temperature hasn't changed all that much over the past decade or so. Forcings have, but the temps didn't go down, they just flattened out. I wonder sometimes how denialists manage to keep all the contradictions from colliding with one another in their heads.
