I may have just made a mistake by asking for this card. Wanted it mainly for the airmiles that you can transfer to Virgin Airlines and possibly British Airways and since what I have been using for some time restricts me entirely to American Airlines, I felt this might be appropriate to use as a business card and therfore accumulate a sustantial amount of miles and use the airlines as mentioned above.(particularly Virgin) But it just occurred to me that I don't believe that Diners Club is master card or visa affilliated and many business establishments(particularly wholesalers whom I use) would not accept it.Am I correct in thinking this to be so?TIA.Bran.p.s. It appears that Diners offer up to 60 days interest free credit and offers 24,000 miles as an incentive to join...............if I am correct, any other card that comes close that would suffice?
