Tonight I made a nice salad with some Romaine lettuce and some spinach leaves. Added one cut up Roma tomato, about 15 small carrot pieces (1/4 inch by 1 - 1 1/2 inch long), some seafood things (WHITE FISH), a pinch of cheddar cheese.....a teaspoon or so of Ranch Dressing......

ate that while the Tony's pepperoni pizza was cooking. I added a couple ounces of Mozzarella cheese to it, along with 3 oz of cut up ham.

While the pizza cooked, I enjoyed the salad......was a good size one......

then cut the pizza in half.....ate half and put the other half away in four pieces of wrap.....1 a day for a lunch snack.

I've tried a lot of the different pizzas at the Walmart..they got about ten different brands. The Tony's are cheap (like $2) and if you put some extra cheese and toppings on it...it's not bad.. The others start at 5 bucks..are slightly larger......and it's a job to eat half of one of them......

Who kmows? next week it might be back to the mega-meat or Bacon blast Walmart brand ones......

Getting set for 2 days of downpour rain here....Mon night, tues, and wed.....worse than fleg weather.....then back to normal tx weather.....

Columbo should be on the boob toob tonight...but of course, they are all repeats.....

Once in awhile, I LOVE Totino's frozen pizza so when it's on sale I get a few.

I put them directly on the oven rack as it makes the crust a little crispier. I also top it with extra shredded cheese.

With cold skim milk it's great. Some bits I use cholula hot sauce.

Who cares? The new season of Downton Abbey begins tonight. There is no reason to put up with a re-run tonight!

Thought you didn't like fish?

I cooked a frozen pepperoni pizza tonight and ate most of it while we sat and watched Downton Abbey on PBS. Can't remember what kind of frozen pizza it was?

Ooooohhh! Mr. Fancy Pants using Cholula Hot Sauce! Hoiety-toiety! Plain old cheap Louisiana Hot Sauce not good enough? Imagine that! Got to use that expensive high dollar hot sauce instead?

We have a badly designed freezer and Totino's are the only brand that fits - any other frozen pizza has to go in the fridge and be eaten that day or the next.

Totino's is not great pizza. However with some shrimp, some herbs and spices, and some extra cheese, it's decent.

I wish we parked more often within striking distance of a grocery like the Central Market chain in the northern part of metro Seattle. I'd pick up some naan bread and hit the salad bar, and make a pizza out of it. Cilantro chutney, shrooms, ham, spinach, cheese, onions, maybe some tiny shrimp from the seafood section at the other end of the store...
