An article in today's WSJ talked about disclaiming. The point was that if a will was set up so I would inherit but if I were not inheriting, my kids would then it could be to my advantage to disclaim and have my kids inherit immediately. I would thus save on taxes.

I'm not inheriting at the moment but I think by the time we would inherit anything we will be the Miilionair Next Door so if anyone can explain the pros and cons of disclaiming, I would really appreciate it.
