Here is what TMF's disclosure policy amounts to:

"Just because we highlight certain stocks, and emphasize how much money we have made owning those stocks, and continue to own them, does not mean that YOU should buy those stocks, no matter how highly we speak of them."

Give me a break. Here we have a website that intentionally draws in unknowledgable investors, and that provides model portfolios, and whose executives own the stocks in the model portfolios, and who advise against selling the stocks in those portfolios despite precipitous drops.

If there is any justice in the world, the class actions lawsuits will be neck deep within three months.

You CANNOT highlight having made tremendous returns on a particular stock, and then disclaim responsibility when investors WHO YOU HAVE TARGETTED AS AN AUDIENCE lose 33% or more on those stocks.
