I currently have five account with Schwab, two regular IRA's, one Roth and two trust accounts. Just started drawing on the dividend and interest income on the two IRA's this past year. Tried to set up automatic distributions, a check each month from my wife's IRA and a transfer distribution from my IRA to my Trust Account. Schwab's system does not seem capable of handling these distributions. Some months one or the other distribution occurs but never do both distributions occur so every month I have to call and explain the process and indicate it didn't work and ask that a manual distribution be made.

My question is does anyone know of another discount broker that has a better system to accomplish these automatic transfers. I'm thinking seriously about changing brokers. Schwab has been less than helpful in trying to fix this problem, they've been making excuses for a year now without any real fix.
