I will soon be transferring a Roth IRA and a Traditional IRA to Vanguard. Both of these accounts have pretty minimal amounts in them. I am 26 years old, and will be contributing $3,000 to my Roth IRA each year. I am now struggling with how much diversification I should have in each of my IRA accounts.

At this point I was thinking about the S&P 500 index fund for the TIRA and the Total Stock Market index fund for the Roth IRA.

Should I be diversifying more within my Roth IRA, like adding some bond funds or international index funds?
