Here is a plan to save a unique and historic building. Originally built as apartments, changed to a hotel and has gone through several lives. Look at the slide show to see.

Eric Blumenfeld is a developer in the Philly area with a reasonably good repitation. At least he completes his projects but his larger, involved projects dont always go his way.
My only concern is that he is asking for public dollars to complete his project, which means he does not have the money himself or it could easily go over estimates.
