In short, someone hacked into their system, stole my ATM card # and Pin # [which are in my possession, have never left my wallet and never been shared], cleared out my bank acc't in a few hours in a city thousands of miles away with dozens of *obviously* fraudulent ATM/POS transactions -- and their response is it'll take us up to 90 days to see if we can get your money back, and we may not do so anyway.I worked in the banking system for years. I've had accounts at PNC, Chase, Chemical, BoNY, First Union, Wachovia, BofA. This is by far the worst customer service [I spoke to 3 people at ET, including a manager] and fraud prevention I have seen. I highly, highly recommend you move all of your assets from their custody immediately. If something goes wrong there and you need your money, you're completely screwed. Tell everyone you know.
