In short, someone hacked into their system, stole my ATM card # and Pin # [which are in my possession, have never left my wallet and never been shared], cleared out my bank acc't in a few hours in a city thousands of miles away with dozens of *obviously* fraudulent ATM/POS transactions -- and their response is it'll take us up to 90 days to see if we can get your money back, and we may not do so anyway.

I worked in the banking system for years. I've had accounts at PNC, Chase, Chemical, BoNY, First Union, Wachovia, BofA. This is by far the worst customer service [I spoke to 3 people at ET, including a manager] and fraud prevention I have seen.

I highly, highly recommend you move all of your assets from their custody immediately. If something goes wrong there and you need your money, you're completely screwed. Tell everyone you know.
