Do unto others.

I don't like to ask others for help because I don't want to feel obligated, even though I always offer my own assistance with no expectation of compensation or reward.

When I feel uncomfortable about having accepted help and not being able to offer anything in return, I make an appropriate donation to a worthy charity in my helper's name.

What goes around, comes around.

SB (it works for me)
