Do you always add shallots to this recipe?
It's the only ingredient I don't have on hand.

Also, I can't find any nutritional information on this.
So I'm in the dark on how many calories, etc., per serving is in it.

Sounds like it's pretty fattening with the margarine in it.

Do you make mac and cheese with it in the oven so it browns up?
Or does it just look like that Gawdawful Kraft neon yellow cheese crapola?
