Does anyone know where I can get more information on both of these?
EVJ and MUJ?

Both of these appear to be closed-end municipal bond funds. Offhand, without knowing much more about them, I'd say they'd be unsuitable for holding under a year. If interest rates rise by the time you sell them, it's likely you'll lose part of your principal. Plus you'll have broker commissions for these, which will cut into your returns.
