Does it by chance bear resemblance to your description of the ideal 5-star RV parkNo. But the comment about the Lot Owners Advisory Commitee(from H*ll) was taken from BigRiver! The items on my list were gathered in my travels. BigRiver tried to do a lot of great things, but the developer was not a RVing person so he made mistakes. And BigRiver is not a 5star park, IMO. They have a boat basin and some slips but no boat launch. They do not provide any other recreational activities. No store. Pine trees everywhere. And, it was designed as a RV park and then the developer allowed park models (for those who don't know, a park model is usually a 35' by 12' "mini" mobile home and they are licensed as a recreational vehicle). So, out of 100 lots over half now sport park models, and most of those have added screen room so it's really crowded.
