Does she have to be 'evil"? Why not just have her leave him for another man (or woman) with money or a fancy job? lol....I tried using that explanation on my sister-not-in-law and she then asked me why I was a hater. Seems she and my mother felt that wasn't a good reason and would alienate the female audience.Is that not true? What do the female writers think of that bit of audience research?Buffy (who thinks he will end up with the social ladder climbing thing, but that will require somewhat younger characters...)
