Does that mean there folks on the LBYM board who don't subscribe to the notion that the key to successful money management and financial independance is to spend less, earn more??
While I can't speak for the poster, I think that it might mean that your post sounded very much like those on LBYM which are the epitome of "I know better than you do" and "boy, are you stupid".
As one of those who, in your words, apparently wasn't able to "educate themselves a bit better, a bit earlier in their lives", I found your post insulting.
I have been on all kinds of diets. For every pound I lost on most, I gained back two. I am a relatively intelligent person. But as one of "them", none of the "weight management strategies" (a/k/a "diets") worked for me on a long-term basis. But Atkins' plan does. So, as the saying goes, until you've "walked a mile in my shoes", I would respectfully request that you just not be so darn condescending and that you make an attempt to supress that "how stupid are they?" attitude.
Thank you.
Christina
